Number reputation always protected

In a world where spam detection apps block millions of legitimate calls every day, the reputation of your phone numbers is a critical business asset. NetVoice Verified Numbers protects that asset continuously and proactively.

We combine STIR/SHAKEN certification, real-time monitoring on more than 20 spam databases, intelligent warm-up of new numbers and automatic rotation to ensure your calls are never blocked or marked as spam.

🔍

24/7 proactive monitoring

Before a call is blocked, we already know. The system detects deterioration trends and acts automatically.

🔄

Smart Auto Rotation

When a number shows signs of reputation deterioration, the system automatically replaces it with a healthy one from the pool.

📱

Instant alerts

Receive push, email and SMS notifications the moment any number falls below the threshold or is dialed in a database.

Full protection in 6 dimensions

A complete suite of tools to ensure that your numbers always have the best possible reputation with operators and users.

🔐

STIR/SHAKEN Certification

Each number in your fleet receives "A" level digital certification under the STIR/SHAKEN standard (RFC 8224 and RFC 8226). This cryptographic signature guarantees to the receiving operators that the call is legitimate and comes from the declared number, eliminating the risk of blocking due to suspicion of spoofing.

📡

Reputation Monitoring

Continuous scanning of your numbers in more than 20 global and regional spam databases: Truecaller, Hiya, First Orion, CNAM, carrier databases, operator blacklists and crowdsourcing platforms. Scores update every 15 minutes with complete history by number.

🔄

Automatic Rotation

Define score thresholds by campaign type and the system automatically rotates the numbers when detecting deterioration. The committed number enters a rest and rehabilitation period while traffic is transparently redistributed among the healthy numbers in the pool, without interrupting any active campaigns.

🌱

New Numbers Warm-Up

New numbers cannot be used in high volume campaigns immediately without risk of being flagged as spam. NetVoice's warming process gradually increases call volume following optimal curves based on historical data, building a solid reputation before scaling.

🔔

Block Alerts

Multi-channel alert system (email, SMS, push, webhook) that notifies you in real time when: a number is dialed in a database, an operator blocks it, the score falls below the configured threshold, or when unauthorized use of the number is detected. Each alert includes the recommended action.

📊

Number Health Dashboard

Centralized dashboard with the health status of your entire fleet of numbers. View scores in real time, reputation history, comparison between numbers, campaigns associated with each number, call volume and quality metrics. Export audit reports for internal use or presentation to clients.

Continuous protection in 4 stages

A complete life cycle that takes care of the reputation of your numbers from the moment you activate them until you withdraw them.

1

Registration and initial verification

When adding a number to NetVoice, an initial reputation diagnosis is performed on all databases. If he arrives with a negative history, the rehabilitation process begins before activating him in campaigns. If it arrives clean, it receives immediate STIR/SHAKEN certification.

2

Progressive warm-up

New numbers go through a 7-14 day warm-up period where call volume gradually increases. The warming algorithm simulates fair use patterns, building positive history in reputation databases before escalating to a full campaign.

3

Monitoring and early warning

Once active, the number is scanned every 15 minutes in all databases. Prediction algorithms detect deterioration trends up to 48 hours before a number is formally blocked, allowing preventive action before it impacts campaigns.

4

Rehabilitation and rest

If a number deteriorates its reputation, it enters a structured rehabilitation process: rest of 7-30 days, submission of documentation to databases, cleaning of carrier blacklists and score validation before being reintegrated into the active pool.

Who needs Verified Numbers?

Any company that makes high-volume outbound calls needs to protect the reputation of its numbers. These are the most critical cases.

📞 High Volume Contact Centers

BPO and contact center companies that make tens of thousands of calls daily are at the highest risk of having their numbers flagged as spam. With Verified Numbers, they can operate at maximum volume without damaging their reputation, thanks to intelligent rotation and continuous monitoring. The warm-up process allows new numbers to be incorporated into campaigns without risks.

📊 Typical result: 0 numbers blocked in 6 months of operation

🏦 Financial Institutions

Banks and fintechs that perform identity verifications, fraud alerts and portfolio management need their calls to always arrive. A number blocked in a verification process can cost the institution much more than the simple cost of reinstating it. STIR/SHAKEN certification at level "A" is especially valuable for this regulated sector.

📊 Typical result: 100% fraud alerts delivered on time

🎯 Marketing and Sales Agencies

Agencies that manage prospecting campaigns for multiple clients need separate pools of numbers per client with independent reputations. If a client has practices that deteriorate the reputation of a number, it should not contaminate the numbers of other clients. NetVoice's multi-pool management system solves this problem natively.

📊 Typical result: +39% contactability in prospecting campaigns

🏥 Health and Emergency Systems

Hospitals, IMSS, ISSSTE and medical emergency systems cannot afford to have their numbers blocked. A missed call can literally be critical to a patient's health. With Verified Numbers, these systems have a 99.9% deliverability guarantee and immediate alerts that allow action before any number is compromised.

📊 Typical result: 99.97% of critical calls delivered correctly

Everything you need to know

How long does it take to clean a number that is already marked as spam?

+
Rehabilitation time varies depending on the database and the severity of the marking. In crowdsourced databases (Truecaller, WhoCallsMe), the typical process takes between 5 and 14 business days: we initiate a formal dispute by presenting evidence of legitimate operation, request review by the platform's human team and monitor the change of state. For carrier blacklists (Telcel, AT&T), the process is more direct but can take 7-21 days. During rehabilitation, the number is automatically replaced with a healthy one from the pool so that your campaigns are not interrupted. We send notification when the number recovers a score greater than 80/100.

How many numbers can I include in my monitoring pool?

+
There is no limit to the number of phones you can monitor. The service is billed per monitored number per month, with volume discounts starting from 50 numbers (15% discount) to enterprise fleets of thousands of numbers with custom pricing. All plans include the health dashboard, multi-channel alerts, automatic rotation and monthly audit reports. For contact centers and high-volume operations, we offer a pool architecture consulting service that designs the optimal number of numbers based on your call volume, campaign mix, and risk profile.

What is number warm-up and how long does it take?

+
Warm-up is the process of building a strong reputation for a new issue before using it in high-volume campaigns. A new number that suddenly makes 1,000 calls in a day is automatically flagged as suspicious by spam detection algorithms. The NetVoice warming process increases the volume gradually over 7-21 days following an optimal curve: days 1-3 (50-100 calls/day), days 4-7 (200-400 calls/day), days 8-14 (500-1,000 calls/day), days 15-21 (1,000-5,000 calls/day). At the end of the period, the number has a positive history and can operate at full capacity without risk of being dialed. The process is completely automated and transparent.

Does automatic number rotation affect my ongoing campaigns?

+
No. Autorotation is designed to be completely transparent to your campaigns. When a number in use detects reputation deterioration, the system immediately assigns another healthy number from the pool without interrupting any active calls or changing any campaign settings. Calls in progress on the original number are concluded normally; new calls from that campaign are redirected to the substitute number. The compromised number enters a state of "rest" and subsequently enters the rehabilitation process. The entire process is recorded in the panel with the exact change times for your audit reports.
