Does my company logo appear on all phones?

The display depends on three factors: the recipient's operator, the device model and whether they have a caller ID app installed. The company name appears on virtually all modern devices when the operator is on the participating network. The logo requires that the device has support for "Rich Call Data" (RCD) or that the recipient has Truecaller, Google Verified Calls or another compatible app installed. In Mexico, more than 74% of smartphones have at least one of these conditions. Our dashboard shows you exactly what percentage of your calls are seen with a full logo.

What is STIR/SHAKEN and why is it important for my company?

STIR/SHAKEN is the international cryptographic standard that telephone operators use to verify that a call really comes from the number that claims to be its origin, combating spoofing (number spoofing). For your business, it means that every outgoing call carries a "digital signature" that operators verify before delivering the call. Calls without this signature are marked as "possible spam" or blocked outright. With NetVoice, all your calls are "A" level certified (the highest), which guarantees that they will never be blocked by the operators' anti-spam filters.

Can I have different identities for different departments?

Yes, the Multi-Number Management system allows you to create different identity profiles for each department or line of business. For example, sales can be output as "ACME - Sales", collections as "ACME - Payments", and support as "ACME - Help". Each profile has its own logo, screen name and set of associated numbers. This is especially useful for companies with multiple brands or subsidiaries, where each entity maintains its independent identity from the same centralized dashboard. There is no limit to the number of profiles you can create.

What happens if one of my numbers starts being marked as spam?

NetVoice's reputation monitoring system continuously tracks the status of your numbers in over 15 spam and carrier databases. When the reputation score of a number drops below the configured threshold (by default, 70/100), you receive an immediate alert by email, SMS and portal notification. You can then: (1) Activate automatic rotation of the number with another in your pool, (2) Start the reputation rehabilitation process that NetVoice manages with operators, or (3) Reduce the call volume of that number while it recovers. Most numbers are reinstated within 5-7 business days. Additionally, with Certified Branded Call, numbers are much less exposed to being marked as spam from the start.
